Role OverviewThe Paralegal – Finance (UCC) is an integral part of Latham’s Legal Professional and Paralegal team, supporting all phases of transactions by conducting lien and litigation searches and due diligence, preparing and coordinating UCC filings, and collaborating with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate the timely and efficient execution of matters.
What You Will Do
Obtain, review, and summarize lien and litigation searches, prepare and file UCC-1 financing statements, review finance and closing documents, and coordinate with service companies regarding UCC filings and terminations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or signed declaration
- Minimum of four (4) years of law firm related experience as a paralegal
