Paralegal Global Arbitration, Trade & Advocacy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic credentials preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm environment, with exposure to regulatory, litigation, or arbitration matters
• Experience with trade remedies or international arbitration preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support software
• Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and legal research tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and citation accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Foreign language skills (e.g., Spanish or Mandarin) and paralegal certification are a plus
