Job Description
The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking a Paralegal in the Correctional Litigation Unit within the Civil Litigation Division. The Paralegal will provide direct support to Assistant Attorneys General in a fast-paced environment, handling complex litigation and performing duties such as legal research, document preparation, and case file management.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary performing legal research or preparing legal documents on behalf of an attorney
  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
  • Knowledge of legal and discovery procedures and documentation in both federal and state courts
