Job Description
Under general supervision, the Paralegal Intern will perform duties specific to litigation support, including electronic filing, drafting pleadings, and preparing subpoenas, under the supervision of assigning attorneys and Paralegal Team Leaders.

Requirements

  • Shadow seasoned paralegals to understand scope of role
  • Learn how to electronically file simple and complex pleadings
  • Draft simple pleadings for review
  • Prepare domestic and foreign subpoenas and supporting documents
  • Maintain time entry for all billable time
