Role OverviewThe Paralegal provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Inventory Management and Developer Services teams with a focus on governing documents, Public Offering Statement (POS) filings, HOA matters, compliance, property registrations, contract documentation, and coordination with external legal counsel.
What You Will Do
Reviews, organizes, and maintains all governing documents, assists in preparing and coordinating POS updates, state filings, registration renewals, and supporting documentation, and tracks revisions, maintains version control, and ensures distribution of updated documents to relevant departments.

Requires 3–5 years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably in real estate, timeshare, or property development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field, with strong analytical, reading, and comprehension skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
