Role OverviewAevitas Law is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Lancaster office. The ideal candidate will combine strong legal knowledge and research skills with the organizational ability and client-focused mindset needed to excel in a dynamic law firm environment.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will work closely with attorneys, fellow paralegals, and support staff to manage caseloads, support clients, and help drive the success of the entire team. You will research and analyze statutes, regulations, and other legal sources; provide written analysis to attorneys.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of paralegal experience
- Understanding of estate and tax planning, business law, and/or real estate law
- Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
- Comfortable with CRM software (Clio preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
