Role OverviewThe Supreme Court of Ohio is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Paralegal in the Office of the General Counsel. This role supports the Office of the General Counsel by providing legal, administrative, and operational assistance. The Paralegal conducts legal research, manages legal documents and records, supports contract and compliance activities, and helps ensure the efficient delivery of legal services while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
What You Will Do
Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize confidential correspondence, memoranda, reports, and documents. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Office of the General Counsel. Perform legal research and assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Organize and coordinate project deadlines, maintain office records, files, and databases, and assist in scheduling meetings, conference rooms, travel, meals, and conference calls.

- Certificate from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved paralegal education program preferred or Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years legal experience
