Role OverviewThe Paralegal II Journeyman Division of Enforcement shall provide legal research and litigation support to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Division of Enforcement.
What You Will Do
Compile, prepare, and summarize relevant materials for attorneys to use in discovery and in preparing motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and legal software such as Lexis Nexis and/or Westlaw.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college, university, or educational institution recognized by the US Department of Education.
- Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum (4) years of Paralegal experience with a specialty in litigation (trial)
- Ability to provide a favorable credit history
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
