Role OverviewThe role will primarily support M&A transactions and corporate matters, with a strong focus on drafting purchase agreements, ancillary transaction documents, disclosure schedules, operating agreements, and supporting deals through execution.
What You Will Do
Draft and prepare asset purchase agreements, stock/equity purchase agreements, and other purchase agreements related to M&A transactions, assist with due diligence review, organization, and other deal-related tasks as needed.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a paralegal, legal professional, or associate working in M&A and corporate law
- Demonstrated experience drafting purchase agreements and operating agreements
- Experience preparing ancillary transaction documents, disclosure schedules, and supporting M&A closings
- Strong understanding of corporate transactions and deal processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and legal drafting capabilities
- Advanced comfort with legal technology and general business software
- Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
