Job Description
As a Paralegal Real Estate and Licensing at WinCo Foods, you will research law, investigate facts, and prepare documents to assist attorneys by reviewing legal documents, preparing real estate transaction and closing documents, and maintaining a computerized legal case system.

Requirements

  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least five (5) years of legal experience in an established law firm or in-house organization
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) software
  • Knowledge of human resources and related laws
  • Excellent organizational, analytic, and communications skills
  • Integrity and unquestionable ethics
  • Effective presentation capabilities and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of legal research methods, the court system, and procedures
  • Ability to consistently provide world-class customer service
