Job Description
The NYC Law Department is seeking a Paralegal Supervisor to oversee the Interstate Child Support Unit in Family Court. The candidate will supervise support staff, implement policy, and perform administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Paralegal Aide civil service title
  • Supervise and train support staff and interns
  • Implement ICSU policy and protocol
  • Process child support petitions
  • Act as liaison with Office of Court Administration
  • Maintain file room and archive files
  • Provide weekly reports and present support staff issues
