Job Description
We are looking for Paraprofessionals to work with behavioral health and similar service needs, providing daily living support to young adults. Must have own, insured vehicle to use for this position.

Requirements

  • Model best practices in carrying out Paraprofessional responsibilities.
  • Follows each individual’s Positive Program Plan (PPP) schedule.
  • Ensures young adults’ medical health issues are addressed, including scheduling doctors’ appointments, providing transportation, and communicating health issues to supervisor.
