Role OverviewThe district works in partnership with families and the community to ensure a meaningful, measurable, student-centered program that aligns to grade-level standards, places safety as a priority, and supports all emerging students. The Paraprofessional I (RSP) will work in a culture of creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative communication to expand the possible. The district spans approximately 113 square miles and is located in the southern part of San Joaquin County.
What You Will Do
The Paraprofessional I (RSP) will assist in the education of students, provide support to teachers, and work with school age children.

The district prefers to give preference to inside candidates. The Paraprofessional I (RSP) will work in a diverse community that spans the cities of Stockton, Lathrop, Manteca, and the township of French Camp.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education) or Equivalent
- Forty-eight (48) semester units or Associate Degree or higher
- Proof of AA or BA Degree from a regionally accredited college
- Certificate showing successful completion of a basic Paraprofessional proficiency test
