Job Description
Paraprofessionals provide assistance to students and staff in a classroom or media center, assisting with daily routines, educational materials, and learning objectives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must pass the GACE para assessment or have 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of a grade of C or better
  • Must be able to obtain Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate
  • 0 – 1 year experience required
  • Classroom experience and/or proven ability to work with children preferred
