Job Description
The Parent Educator Campus Based Title I is responsible for providing meaningful engagement initiatives and coordinating programs to help propel students for academic success and achievement. They will assess and respond to the diverse needs of families to cultivate a school culture that effectively addresses campus and District family engagement goals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months Experience with community outreach in an educational setting preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and general office skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple programs
  • Ability to work independently, within guidelines, and in a team setting
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights as needed
