Job Description
Join the Megaplex team as a Team Lead and be at the heart of creating a larger-than-life experience for guests and team members. You'll train team members, assist managers, and help with operations and events.

Requirements

  • Experience in theatre management and/or guest service
  • Exceptional guest service, leadership, and motivational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & organization skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Working knowledge of AV equipment and POS systems
  • Physical stamina (think walking, standing, and twisting)
  • Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
