Job Description
The Park Maintenance Technician I position is responsible for performing various ground maintenance repair tasks for the basic upkeep of City-owned parks, natural spaces, trails, center medians, and rights-of-way. This is a full-time position in the Grounds Management Division of the Parks and Recreation Department.
Requirements
Possession of a valid Driver License (Operator or greater)
Knowledge of and ability to follow safe work practices and procedures in the performance of assigned tasks
Knowledge of and skill in using and operating ground maintenance tools and equipment
Skill in performing various ground maintenance and repair tasks
Skill in interpreting and completing standardized forms such as pre-trip inspections sheets, etc.
