Role OverviewThe Grounds Maintenance / Groundskeeper team member is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the park grounds and facilities. This position includes landscaping, preventative maintenance, repairs, equipment operation, and hands-on upkeep throughout the property.
What You Will Do
Maintain park grounds through mowing, trimming, edging, leaf removal, and landscaping, plant, fertilize, seed, mulch, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees, perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the property, and respond quickly to safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and weather-related issues.

Requirements
- Reliable, self-motivated, and hands-on
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience with landscaping, maintenance, repairs, or construction is a plus
- Ability to safely use tools, equipment, and machinery
- Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
