Parking Cashier - Overnight

As a Parking Cashier / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facility. You'll welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide outstanding service. You'll direct patrons to available parking spaces and assist during peak traffic periods when parking is limited.

What You Will Do

You'll issue parking tickets, accurately record required transaction information, process payments through cash, credit card, validations, and other approved methods. You'll provide accurate change and receipts for all customer transactions, maintain accurate daily records, and keep the cashier booth clean, organized, and professional at all times.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous cash handling experience (1 year preferred)
• Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic or standard transmissions
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to remain courteous and calm while resolving customer concerns
