Role OverviewThe Parking Compliance Associate will monitor metered, pay to park, and permit areas, issuing citations and maintaining accurate records. The role requires excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a neat and clean appearance. The associate will also perform routine operator maintenance, operate and troubleshoot computer equipment, and provide assistance to parkers.

Requirements
- at least 20 years old
- valid DMV driver's license for at least 3 years
- High School degree preferred
- one year related experience preferred
- ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively
- ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism
