Role OverviewWorks under limited supervision while patrolling and monitoring parking zones in the UT Southwestern Campus area for violations and initiates appropriate action to ensure compliance with parking restrictions as established. May work independently while enforcing offsite parking facilities.
What You Will Do
Enforces parking regulations, monitors parking facility capacities, reports results, and interacts with employees and visitors in a professional manner. Assists motorists with stalled cars, flat tires, or locked-out vehicles. Performs other duties as needed.

This position requires 3 years of experience in a high public contact/customer service-related position, including 1 year of experience as a Parking Enforcement Officer or related position. Must be able to make independent decisions following established guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in a high public contact/customer service-related position
- 1 year of experience as a Parking Enforcement Officer or related position
- Class C Texas Driver License with an acceptable driver's record
