Role OverviewWe are hiring Valet Attendants for full-time opportunities to start immediately. The ideal candidate will be able to greet guests and thank them upon exit, park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, and explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles. The role involves standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. The successful candidate will be an all-around pleasure to be with, maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and helping with small cleaning or maintenance tasks.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the role include greeting guests and thanking them upon exit, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, explaining the parking rates and providing instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles, inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines, and maintaining the company uniform appearance.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience
- 18 years old or older
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way
