Role OverviewThe Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking a Parole Program Specialist (Case Analyst) to assist Regional Administrators of Adult Parole Authority field services in administration of supervision programs and directing operations of field services.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will draft, interpret, evaluate, and train on policies, procedures, and administrative rules for field and outside agencies, chair or participate on work groups, committees, or task forces, and monitor the quality of reports and services delivered by field staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of training or experience in community corrections, including report writing, offender treatment referrals, and offender service delivery, and will be able to provide work direction and training to others.
