Role OverviewProvides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs. Seeks out customers to understand their needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise.
What You Will Do
Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines. Removes security tags, verifies product information, and bags merchandise for customers. Assists in line vesting to help turn around time for checkout.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law. 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
