Role OverviewThe Wright Fit is seeking a Part Time Lifeguard to provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients, maintain the fitness center and equipment, and assist with events and daily tasks.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing customer service, floor supervision, and maintenance of the fitness center and equipment, as well as coordinating personal training and other fitness services.

Requirements
- Administrative or Customer Service experience, preferably in Hospitality and/or Fitness
- A passion for fitness, health, and wellness
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Customer focused, able to manage conflict
- Excellent time management, able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail, a self-starter and personally accountable
- A positive attitude, team oriented
- Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy
- Attend and pass internal lifeguard certification
