Role OverviewThe assistant coach reports to the head coach and is responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of the swimming program.

Coaching in meets, recruitment of student athletes, practice sessions, assisting with team fundraising, and team travel.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate, and develop Division III student-athletes
- Knowledge of the sport and a verifiable ability to teach both fundamentals and strategies of the sport
- Previous coaching or instructing experience
- A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check
