Job Description
Join River Ridge at Avon as a Part Time Activity Assistant to connect with your calling and grow with Benchmark. Assist in developing and implementing an innovative seven day a week activity program, lead and implement activities, and support residents in various aspects of care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues
  • Training and knowledge in recreational activities
  • Training and knowledge of Alzheimer’s and related dementias
  • Confidentiality regarding residents, staff, and the community
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work well under pressure
