Job Description
Join Benchmark Senior Living as a Programming/Activity Assistant and help create a caring and nurturing environment for residents. Develop and implement innovative activity programs, lead activities, and support the Activity Director.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of aging and disability issues
  • Training and knowledge in recreational activities
  • Training and knowledge of Alzheimer’s and related dementias
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Coordination of multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
