Job Description
Join Benchmark Senior Living as a Programming/Activity Assistant and help create a caring and nurturing environment for residents. Develop and implement innovative activity programs, lead activities, and support the Activity Director.
Requirements
High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of aging and disability issues
Training and knowledge in recreational activities
Training and knowledge of Alzheimer’s and related dementias
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Coordination of multiple tasks
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
