Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist with overall clerical and administrative functions, including handling mail, timekeeping, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will be a conscientious self-starter with previous experience.
Requirements
High school diploma/GED; Associates Degree preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish
One year prior experience as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word; willingness to learn program specific databases
Familiar with data entry and running reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience working successfully in multi-cultural environments serving vulnerable or underserved populations
