Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist with overall clerical and administrative functions, including handling mail, timekeeping, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will be a conscientious self-starter with previous experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED; Associates Degree preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • One year prior experience as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word; willingness to learn program specific databases
  • Familiar with data entry and running reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience working successfully in multi-cultural environments serving vulnerable or underserved populations
  • Friendly and welcoming personality
  • Team player
