Job Description
Access Services is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support their Home and Community Supports program. The role involves maintaining administrative functions, managing information, and providing clerical support. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years of administrative/clerical experience required, or one (1) year of administrative/clerical experience with associate’s degree required.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to perform basic computer skills of typing and maintaining databases
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to travel during a normal workday
  • Ability to drive their personal vehicle and/or agency-owned vehicle
