Role OverviewPart-Time Aides assist with the supervision of students during non-instructional activities before, during, and/or after the school day. They can work for the school, but for no longer than 3.75 hours each day.
What You Will Do
Examples of duties include assisting with supervision of students during lunch and/or recess period(s), during study halls, during in-school suspensions, during student entry/exit, and in and around the school building.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Part-Time Aides must have a high school degree or GED equivalent, one year of experience in the supervision of children in an organized setting (preferred), ability to work with and for school children, ability to follow written and oral instructions, and ability to learn and follow school and district policies, procedures, and expectations.
