Role OverviewGreat Harvest Bread Co in Burke, VA is looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our bakery and café team. If you love fresh-baked goods, great coffee, and creating warm experiences for customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily bakery production, prepare and serve café beverages and food items, provide friendly customer service, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, stock and merchandise baked goods, and support opening and/or closing duties.

Prior experience in a bakery, café, or food service environment is a plus, but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work early morning, weekend, or flexible shifts, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic, and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs are required.
