Job Description
Maintain and oversee benefits related data and processes, provide support to employees and peers, complete pension and beneficiary processes, assist with plan related issues and requests, maintain system data, process invoices and exception reports, and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience: benefit coordination and customer service
  • 2-3 years’ experience: prior company experience
  • Four-year degree
  • Knowledge of Workday and HRIS
  • Knowledge of benefits including pensions & estate planning
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills & data analytics
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
