Role OverviewWe are seeking a part-time Bistro Attendant to join our Maine Course Hospitality Group (MCHG) Food & Beverage Team. The successful candidate will have happy disposition, food server experience, and strong guest skills. They will be responsible for interacting with guests, teammates, and management, and will be expected to work AM or PM hours, including weekends and nights.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include interacting with guests, taking orders, preparing beverages, stocking, cleaning, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Requirements
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to use POS systems, basic computer applications, and beverage/food preparation equipment
- Food Safety Certification
- Consistent weekend availability
- Ability to accurately process payments, balance a cash drawer, and follow established financial control procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
