Role Overview

The Attend Program provides comprehensive, evidence-based assessment and intervention services for school-age students experiencing school avoidant behavior and related anxiety concerns. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop function-based support plans, provide parent/caregiver consultation, collaborate with school teams, and provide clinical oversight to Attend Program Specialists supporting students in the home and during school reentry.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing function-based Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
