Provides safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for residents to and from scheduled appointments, shopping trips, community outings, and recreational activities. Ensures the safety and security of residents, team members, visitors, and property through proactive patrols, monitoring security cameras, access control, and other life-safety systems.
What You Will Do
Responsible for providing transportation to residents, responding to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents, and maintaining a visible presence to deter misconduct and proactively promote a safe and secure environment.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum of one year of passenger or commercial driving experience, prior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field (preferred), and must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months of employment).
