Role Overview

The Community Bus Driver plays a critical role for our residents by providing transportation services to and from appointments and activities.

What You Will Do

Demonstrate physical abilities, safety focus, supportive presence, and teamwork to provide safe and secure travel for residents.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be 25 years of age or older, with a valid CDL license, good standing and current Operator’s License, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
  • Must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Valid CDL license required for communities that have a bus that carries 15 or more passengers.
  • Good standing and current Operator’s License.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
