Role OverviewThe Chapel Ministry Coordinator is responsible for leading spiritual programming and outreach efforts at the VOAC Mission Chapel, transforming the space into an active center for community engagement and spiritual care.
What You Will Do
The coordinator will ensure that the participant's voice is heard, possess knowledge of Christian Theology and field-relevant best practices, and provide spiritual support to program participants and community members during scheduled hours.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Commissioned or constituent minister of the Volunteers of America church, a minister of another Christian church, or willing to become one within a year
