Role OverviewCorporate Chaplains of America is seeking a mission-driven Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response services within assigned businesses and organizations.
What You Will Do
Provide confidential emotional and spiritual support to employees and their family members, respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies, and build and maintain strong two-way communication and trust with employees, company leadership, and CCA leadership.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience
- Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field from an accredited college or university
- Strong Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, office, and workplace environments
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive employee situations and crises
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet platforms, and mobile communication tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
