Role OverviewCorporate Chaplains of America is seeking a mission-driven Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response services within assigned businesses and organizations. The role is ideal for individuals with a servant-leadership mindset who are passionate about relational ministry outside traditional church walls.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will promote a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with assigned employees and workplace leaders, provide regular onsite workplace chaplain care and relationship-based ministry, and respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience
- Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field from an accredited college or university
- Strong Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, office, and workplace environments
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive employee situations and crises
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet platforms, and mobile communication tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
