Role Overview

The Part-Time Client Services Professional is responsible for teller operational duties and delivering exceptional customer service at the teller line. This role helps deepen client relationships, supports sales efforts, and contributes to the overall success of the banking center.

What You Will Do

Maintain accurate records of the cash drawer, process client transactions, promote and sell additional banking products, support sales initiatives, and follow compliance guidelines.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong math aptitude, and attention to detail. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months' cash handling/customer service experience
  • Proficiency in typing and using a ten-key calculator
  • Fluency in Spanish (plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Team-oriented with flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed
  • Ability to lift heavy coin and sit/stand for extended periods
