Role OverviewThe Community Manager will play an important role in the success of the property, maintaining occupancy, driving renewals, and overall resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, well organized, and able to grasp new concepts quickly. This candidate should also possess a strong leadership style and an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include understanding property management standards, maintaining occupancy, driving renewals, managing resident complaints, and managing maintenance and turnover schedules. Office administration duties such as rent collection and community policy enforcement are also necessary.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably as a manager or similar role in multifamily management
- Knowledge of Section 42 Preferred
- Energetic and dependable
