Job Description
The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Part-time Congregate Residential Counselor to provide a safe and secure environment for clients. The Counselor will be responsible for supervising daily activities, providing first aid, and teaching life skills to children in a residential setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year child care experience in a residential setting with similar population of children
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to lift objects and restrain children using proper TCI techniques
  • Ability to work extended shifts and be flexible
