Role OverviewThe Community Success Manager will be a personal point of contact for 100+ families, helping connect them to benefits such as financial wellness, healthcare, and tutoring. This role requires establishing relationships with property management and residents, and providing support to help them access these benefits.
What You Will Do
The Community Success Manager will engage residents in person, follow up with them remotely, and track their engagement. They will also learn about the Viva team, benefits, and on-the-ground partners, and help residents access these resources.

Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish required
- 2+ years of experience in community engagement, case management, outreach, or helping deliver benefits to diverse families
- Familiarity with the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) framework encouraged
- Social Workers and Public Health professionals encouraged
