Role Overview

Cooks prepare high-quality food items for retail by following established recipes, standards, and procedures. The ideal candidate will work in a country-fair atmosphere with costumed characters and animated entertainment.

What You Will Do

Prepare and reheat food items, cook and grill food for customers, rotate products on display, and adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Current Culinary Arts student or graduate, preferred
  • Knowledge on food preparation
  • Safely use/operate knives, ovens, scales, wrapping machine, steamers, mixers, and all other equipment required in the day to day operation of the kitchen
  • Excellent customer service
  • Being able to lift up to 70lbs.
  • Good oral communication skills
