The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience to all customers, interacting with them through various channels, and maintaining a friendly and professional approach. They will be responsible for welcome desk, cash wrap, systems, inventory management, and daily routines to ensure the store is excellent and that the customer has an exceptional shopping experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment
