Job Description
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at David's Bridal, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience to customers, maintaining a friendly and professional approach, and supporting the welcome desk, cash wrap, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for promoting alteration services and personalization options, and building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
  • Maintain all service vows which include Being Prepared, Welcoming, ability to Meet the Needs & Be There for all customers
