Job Description
David’s Bridal is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to interact with customers, maintain a friendly and professional approach, and deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and supports the welcome desk, cash wrap, and daily routines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment
  • Excellent phone skills and conflict resolution
  • Ability to adapt to customer needs and style
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
