Job Description
David's Bridal is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to interact with customers, provide Five-Star Customer Service, and support store operations. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and Operations Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

  • Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person.
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience.
  • Maintain all service vows, including Being Prepared, Welcoming, Meeting the Needs & Being There for all customers.
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence.
  • Communicate with the leadership team to escalate and resolve customer issues.
  • Promote alteration services and personalization options.
