Job Description
David’s Bridal is hiring a Part Time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service experience to multiple customers at one time. The CSR will welcome customers, communicate clearly and concisely, and resolve conflicts. Responsibilities include managing customer flow, maintaining service vows, and promoting alteration services. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of prior retail experience.

Requirements

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
  • Maintain all service vows and be prepared to meet the needs of customers
